Who is Williams Jean-Charles?

I am a Wardrobe Stylist, Creative Director, Design Director, Model and Fashion Design student with a solid design portfolio and a multidisciplinary background that includes 3D rendering, illustration, typography, and brand development. I'm the literal embodiment of innovation and creativity and will always remain to go against societal norms. I’m not a fan of anyone or anything that’s considered “normal”.

What is your greatest strength?

My resilience and my confidence. I have a way of making the impossible become possible. I’ll always come up with a solution regardless of what the issue is and that’s a trait I'm going to forever cherish. I’m truly at a point in my life where no one else’s judgment and thoughts matter at all. At the end of the day I have a plan for myself that others might not comprehend until I reach that level of stardom.

What is your greatest weakness?

Sometimes I have impulsive tendencies when it comes to certain things. I love to act and move quickly, aiming to accomplish as much as I can because I know time never stops. The reality of it all is the clock will always go forward, so why shouldn’t I try to get ahead? Some might view this as a weakness, but I also view it as a potential strength because not everything has to be so calculated in life.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years, I see myself graduating with my BFA in Fashion Marketing from SCAD and still living in Atlanta. Atlanta is bursting with culture, socialism and a lot of great networking opportunities. I moved from New York to Atlanta to jump start my modeling and fashion career because it’s something about the fashion scene in Atlanta that’s completely different than up north. “Fine fashion” has a strong presence here, and the city doesn’t lack style. Although New York doesn’t lack style either, it’s more laid-back and simplistic.

The potential Atlanta has is amazing. I see it eventually being put on the map the same way New York, London, Paris, and Milan are. I’d honestly rather be a part of something that I’d have a huge impact on and be a contributor to its success rather than joining a scene that’s already completely established. I want to make a difference and be recognized for it. My fashion label “Archives of Will” will be well-established and in addition to its main line, It’ll also have a furniture line and a number of diffusion lines.
